In 2021 his debut CD was released for the SONY Classical label: a world premiere monograph dedicated to Antonio Vivaldi together with the chamber orchestra L'Appassionata which he founded and which was unanimously acclaimed by journalists, critics and radio . His recordings have been broadcast by RAI, Swiss National Radio, Japanese National Radio NHK, Radio Classica, Venice Classic Radio and many others.

In 2012 he became the youngest teacher of the Music Conservatory “E. F. Dall'Abaco ”of Verona, and he is currently a position as full professor for flute at the Conservatory of Music "F. A. Bonporti “ in Trento. He has also been invited to hold masterclasses as a guest professore in USA (University of Central Florida), in Cuba (International Festival of Contemporary Music and Instituto de Bellas Artes), Finland (Tampere Music Academy and Suomitaly Music Festival), Estonia (Tartu Eller Music Academy), Malta (Malta Music University), Dubai (Middle-East Music Academy).

In 2026 Tommaso will tour in USA, Portugal, Switzerland, Cuba, Spain, Germany, Finland, Hungary, France.

Mirjam Schröder

Harp

Audience and press alike confirm that Mirjam Schröder takes this philosophy to heart. For her "harp playing full of grace and feeling" (Lippisches Kultur Journal), she has been honored at numerous competitions. These include the ARD International Music Competition 2004, where she received both the Audience Prize and 3rd Prize, the Concorsi Arpista Ludovico Madrid 2002, and 1st Prize at the International Reinl Competition Vienna/Munich.

She made her concert debut at the age of 15 with Mozart's Double Concerto for Harp and Flute.

Since then, she has performed as a soloist and chamber musician throughout Germany, Russia, Japan and all Europe. Her active concert career is complemented by numerous radio and CD recordings.

From 2006 to 2015, she taught at the University of Music Franz Liszt Weimar; since 2015, Mirjam Schröder is a Professor of Harp at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw).

In her solo recital programs, Mirjam Schröder aims to present the audience with a repertoire as diverse as possible, showcasing the full sonorous range of her instrument. In addition to solo performances, a cornerstone of her work is the performance of contemporary music and chamber.

For me, a concert is one of the most intimate moments between people. The musician opens paths into their soul for the audience, wishing to gift the listener with joy, sorrow, tension, and tranquility—but especially with everything that transcends the limits of language and can only be expressed through music.

L'Appassionata Orchestra

Italy

L’Appassionata was founded in 2019 around the activities of the Gaspari Foundation as a group of outstanding young talents dedicated to the in-depth study of the chamber orchestra repertoire. Its members include some of the finest young professional musicians in Italy, trained at the most important musical institutions throughout Europe, who have already gained significant concert experience with some of Italy’s leading orchestras, including the Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della RAI, the Orchestra Filarmonica della Scala, the Haydn Orchestra of Bolzano, the Mantua Chamber Orchestra, the Orchestra of the Teatro Regio of Turin, the Orchestra of the Arena di Verona Foundation, the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto, and the Orchestra Filarmonica del Teatro Comunale di Bologna.

L’Appassionata has already given concerts and toured in Germany, Switzerland, France, and South Korea, as well as performing in some of Italy’s most prestigious venues, including the Sala Verdi in Milan, the Scuola Grande di San Rocco and Teatro La Fenice in Venice, the Accademia Filarmonica in Verona, the Teatro Bibiena in Mantua, and the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza, within the framework of major festivals such as Serate Musicali di Milano, Emilia-Romagna Festival, Società dei Concerti di Parma, the Portogruaro Festival, the Galuppi Festival in Venice, and MantovaMusica. In addition, L’Appassionata is the protagonist of two recording projects released in 2021: a monograph dedicated to Antonio Vivaldi, released for the first time by SONY Classical together with flutist Tommaso Benciolini, and a monograph on Johann Sebastian Bach with violinist Jaroslaw Nadrzycki, released by Hänssler Classics. Both recordings were met with great success from audiences and critics alike and were broadcast by outlets such as Rai Radio 3, BBC Radio, Radio Classica, Radio24, Venice Classic Radio, and Sky Classica HD.

In 2023, L’Appassionata made its debut in the United States, performing to a sold-out audience at Carnegie Hall in New York. In 2024, the ensemble was invited to perform in the main hall of the Tonhalle Zurich, receiving unanimous acclaim from both audience and critics, and in the same year it was selected to perform on the occasion of the visit of His Holiness Pope Francis to Verona.
